Fluffboard ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of Intucid. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Fluffboard.

Information we collect

When you sign up for Fluffboard, we collect:

Your email address and business name
Business hours and service information you provide
Lead and appointment data you enter into the system
Client phone numbers and pet information you add
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

When your clients interact with the AI Receptionist, we collect:

Incoming text messages sent to your Fluffboard number
The phone numbers of clients who text your number
Conversation history between the AI and your clients

How we use your information

To operate and improve the Fluffboard platform
To power the AI Receptionist on your behalf
To send automated appointment reminders and follow-ups you configure
To process your subscription payments via Stripe
To contact you about your account or service updates

Data sharing

We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. We share data only with the services required to operate Fluffboard:

Supabase — database and authentication
Twilio — SMS and voice communication
Anthropic — AI responses (text content only, no personal identifiers)
Stripe — payment processing
Railway — server hosting

Client data

As a Fluffboard user, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before adding their information to the system and before sending them automated messages. See our SMS Consent Policy for details on text message consent requirements.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion to allow for reactivation. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and API key authentication. We never store payment card details.
