Fluffboard is a software platform for pet grooming businesses that includes a CRM, appointment calendar, automated text messaging, and an AI-powered receptionist. We provide the platform — you are responsible for how you use it with your clients.
You agree not to use Fluffboard to:
By using Fluffboard's messaging features, you agree to obtain proper consent from your clients before sending them automated messages. You are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable carrier regulations. See our SMS Consent Policy for required practices.
You own your client data. We do not sell it. By using Fluffboard, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the platform on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The AI Receptionist responds to your clients on your behalf using the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the AI's behavior and ensuring it accurately represents your business. We are not liable for inaccurate AI responses — you should monitor conversations and correct any errors promptly.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, delays, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use Fluffboard in a way that harms other users or third parties.
Fluffboard is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intucid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
