Is there really no charge for texting clients? +
Correct — Pro and Studio plans include two-way SMS and the AI receptionist with no per-message fee. Most grooming software charges per message on top of your subscription, which adds up fast if you're texting clients daily. Fluffboard's price is the price.
Do I need a contract? +
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your settings page — no phone call required, no cancellation fee.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes, anytime. Most groomers start on Starter or Pro and move to Studio once they bring on a second groomer or start running multiple chairs.
Do I need to enter a card to start my trial? +
Yes — Stripe requires a card on file to start any trial, but you won't be charged a cent until day 7. Cancel any time before then from your settings page and you'll never see a charge. If you don't cancel, your card is billed for the plan you selected once the trial ends.
Is my client data safe if I cancel? +
Yes. You can export your full client and lead list at any time, whether you're an active subscriber or not.
